Choosing The Right Artwork
Please be aware that when viewing an image on a computer monitor, the image may look brighter and lighter, as it’s being viewed on a back-lit device.
Bills, Payment & Invoices
Pay by credit card. We use Square to process all of our payments and manage our accounts.
HOW ABOUT SECURITY?
All payments are processed through our secure online server, implementing the latest encryption technology to keep your financial information safe and sound.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Shipping is a flat rate of $14.95.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Yes! We’re happy to ship to a PO Box in Australia. However, your order can not be more than 1m x 1m in size and weight more that 20kg.
HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?
From the moment you click ‘order’ it usually takes about 5-10 business days for delivery. If you’re wondering about the status of your order, we do send you an email when your order ships, which provides you with a tracking number to track your delivery.
Outside of the city and remote areas can take 15 working days to deliver, depending on delivery times.
DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
We are not able to offer a 100% guarantee as we utilise third party courier companies to deliver your order. Delays can and do happen, but we find that most of our orders are delivered within the above time frame.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ITEM IS DELIVERED?
All our Couriers have “Authority to leave”. This means, they may leave the item in a safe place. If they do not think it is safe to leave an item, they will leave a calling card, and either deliver your order to the closest post office, or ask you to call then to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
I HAVE HAD DELIVERIES STOLEN BEFORE.
What can I do if I think my delivery location is not safe, and the courier has authority to leave the item?
If you think your post box is not secure, Australia Post do offer a free service called MyPost.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ON HOLIDAY WHEN MY ITEM IS DELIVERED?
It is your responsibility to either be at home to receive your parcel or to arrange for a neighbour to take receipt. As our Couriers have authority to leave your parcel at your home if they deem it safe, the item will be left until someone can collect it.
MY DELIVERY ADDRESS SEEMS TO BE DIFFERENT TO WHAT I HAVE ENTERED AND NOW MY PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE WRONG PERSON.
We do not tamper with your billing or shipping details that you entered at checkout. You will also be emailed a receipt after placing your order and it’s important you check this to ensure it is correct. We can only make changes to a delivery address before an order has been shipped.
I HAVE ENTERED THE INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us immediately as soon as you become aware of this. If your item hasn’t been sent, we can update the delivery address, but if your item has already sent there is nothing we can do.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
YES! Come and see us at the Broome Markets and see if we have the print available. If prearranged, with delivery times, we can have it ready for you.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING AND WHAT DOES IT COST?
We use the standard post in Australia. If you would like a quote for express, please contact us. It depends on volume and weight and delivery address.
WHAT ABOUT PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Courier companies do not operate on public holidays, so please ensure you exclude these days when trying to work out your delivery date.
DO YOU OFFER A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF DELIVERY IS LATE?
We realise it can be exciting waiting for your parcel to arrive. Our aim is to ensure you have an enjoyable shopping experience and that you receive your order as quickly as possible. However, we can not guarantee standard nor express shipping time frames and therefore do not offer compensation with regards to late deliveries.
Celebration Day orders.
Please ensure you order 10 business days for capital city deliveries and 15 business days for outside metro deliveries. Please be aware that courier companies don’t operate on public holidays.
Celebration days include: All public holidays, Australia Day, Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, father’s Day, Easter and Christmas.
MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED AND IS DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Although we do our best to ensure orders are delivered in perfect condition, at times damage during transit can occur. All our orders are fully insured, and we will gladly issue a replacement if yours has been damaged.
We do ask that you take a photo of your order and email us a copy, including your order number, as soon as possible. Once we have acknowledged the damage, your order will be reproduced and sent as soon as possible.
